This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through The Black Metrics website.

1. Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Manuals)

All digital product sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered once access or download has been provided.

If you experience a technical issue or receive an incorrect file, contact hello@blackmetrics.space and we will work to resolve the issue.

2. EU & UK Customers – Digital Content Notice

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom:

By purchasing digital content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day withdrawal right once download or access begins.

3. The Bantaba Subscriptions

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access to the community has been granted.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Cancellation does not retroactively refund prior billing periods except where required by law.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.

We will investigate and correct verified billing errors.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension or termination of access to digital products and subscriptions.

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve concerns.
